Cash not paid by ICICI ATM

Respected sir,
In reference to the above reference I would like to inform you that, using SBI ATM Card I want to withdrawl from ICICI ATM Located at BARC, TARAPUR, MAHARASHTRA, I have given option of 10000/ Rs. (Rs Ten Thousand). But I have not received any amount from ICICI ATM, and slip come out unable to process and amount was debited Rs 10000/-.(Rs. Ten Thousand Twenty) from my SBI account.
Therefore I request you take necessary action to provide my short of Rs.10000/.
