ICICI Bank
Amount was debited when i had enough fund for clearing the ECS

Hello sir

I had a taken a loan from Fullerton India and gave the permission to debit the amount 3508 every month from my salaried account of ICICI, Santhome chennai Branch.

On jan 5th the ECS came to bank by 3.18PM, IST. As per the phone banking officers in ICICI bank i was getting different times (When the ECS came to bank for clearance)

All of the times i was getting was after 3PM, IST. I had enough balance in my account by that time, but still they charged Rs.276 for ECS Return charges.

I have recordred all the calls i made to ICICI phone banking.

Please help me. I have already spent more the Rs.100 for getting my Rs 276 back.

Note: When i spoke to first person from ICICI Phone banking he said there was a mistake from ICICI bank and they are going to rever the money back to my accunt in 1 business day.

What sould i do now.
