Amount is debited automatically. For clarification nobody picking up call from customer care by keeping hold long time

I am a customer for ICICI. I have savings account as well as current account. On 24-01-10 9:00 pm I tried to take cash from ATM. That time it showed host is offline. Next day morning I observed that In my savings account 030501518857, the amount is automatically deducted. Then I tried to reach customer care - 08041131877 on 25-01-10, 10:40 am from my mobile. They kept me hold for long time (without answering more than 20 mins). I am totally disappointed with this service. Please do the needful.
