Respected sir

I have two tax saving bonds Rs 10000 of ICICI bank since May' 05. My bond holder number is 6560979. Till date I have not get any accounts detail. Only two time annual interest has been sent to me.

Please send my account detail and detail of all interest sent to me with cheque/DD details.
