I wish to register a complaint against ICICI Bank.

For the last 1-2 weeks, I have been getting anonymous calls from ICICI Bank wherein the person is asking me to provide a duplicate cheque for one of the installments of the car loan for the month of Feb. 2010. He has been indicating that the PDC which was provided by me at the time of loan has been misplaced by the Bank and therefore, they need a duplicate cheque or cash.

I have told them to send me a letter from the authorized signatory of ICICI Bank indicating the reason of demanding a new cheque / cash. There has been no response to my repeated requests and on the contrary, I am being threatened & harassed by the caller nearly 5 times a day.

I have requested ICICI Bank to look into the matter but there has been no response.
