Dear Sir,
I am Abhijit sarkar. I am having salary a/c (000601523304) with ICICI bank. On 26th feb`10 I found that my a/c balance goes Rs negetive(-) 41879.65/- suddenly. after got in touch with customer care, they told me that due to credit card due my a/c got block. On 26thfeb`10 after salary got credited into my a/c total available balance automatically goes to Rs negetive(-) 20330.46/-.
After getting touch with bank, they told me that they have all right to do the same. When I want to settel the thing, they told me that I have to pay the whole amount at a time. But my monthly earning is Rs 2- only, I requested them to recover the amount in 5 months but they are not ready to listen any request from myside.
I dont know what to do. now I am going under trimendous mental pressure as I am not having any rupees to run my family. Please help me out to solve the problem, so that I can pay back to bank 7 run my family as well.
