Online money transfer failed Rs 20, 000 no refund

I have transfer Rs.20, 000 online through NEFT on 27th Feb from my ICICI bank account to my ABN amrro account,

NEFT transaction showed success, but money nither reflected in ABN amro account nor came back to ICICI bank account,

ABN amro Bank, Hyderabad - 1433501

below is the record in netbanking account,

27/02 BIL/000143730781/20k/1433501 DR INR 20, 000.00

I have raised complints in both banks, but no proper response regarding refund,

I need my money ASAP,
