Due amount not paid

ICICI Housing Loan No. LBTVM00000626115 closed on 25-01. A post-dated cheque for Rs. 10201/- was presented on 07-02-10 by the bank and amount realised. On request, only Rs. 9649/- was refunded. On complaint, it was assured that the balance would be credited to my account within a week. But no credit even after two months. Pl refund the excess amount collected and avoid taxing customers which will defame the organisation..
