Dear Sir,

I am having SB with the ICICI bank. Three months before i exchanged my card to do internet banking. After 3 months the card was not working properly. I enq in bank, they said you used rashly then only it get damaged. I explained them about process, but they are not listening. They want to charge me for the New Card. Requesting you to intervene and resolve the issues of the Bank.
