Sir, In continuation to my complaint for ICICI Bank on 04/05, I point out that bank repersantatives have spoken to me but could not explained properly. According to bank a demat cum saving a/c holder has to maintained QAB of Rs.5000/- as per latest policy of bank. OK. THIS IS ACCEPTED. Subsequently, bank customer officer sent me mail which is furnished below:

Dear Mr. Khannna,
We wish to inform you the status code for the account has been changed to HBIDR which is a zero balance account.
The same will be reflected after 3 working days.
