FAULTY ATM

I am an Axis Bank A/c holder. On Sunday 22/08/10 I visited ICICI Bank ATM at Mulund West, Sarvodaya Nagar ATM at 13.00 hrs to withdraw cash. As I was doing my transaction electricity for the area went off and my card got stuck in. There was no back up in the ATM for such emergencies. Security present at ATM replied me that back up at ATM is faulty.

Due to such faulty ATM i was left without cash as being Sunday my bank was also closed and now I have to issue another debit card as ICICI as per their policy replied me they would destroy my old card. I have to incur a cost to issue another card for no fault of mine.
