PROBLEMS IN REDMTION OF BOND

I was Purchased Deep Discount Bond of SCICI on 01/09/1996.As Per My Knowldge SCICI was Mrged in ICICI Bank. When i am talking with ICICI Bank. They said your Redemtion Amount is Transfered in Investor Protection Fund Account and Refused to Pay the Amount. And also Bank not help me

Pls help me and do the Nedfull for My Redemtion
