Not providing detail bill

"We are in receipt of the credit card but the card has been lost now and unfortunately through oversight the same was communicated to you, due to which we doubt that the card has been misused by someone. We have never used this card for any of the transactions till now; however the statement reflects a bill of Rs. 48, 000/- which is really alarming.

We would request you to give us the details regarding the transactions that have been made till now on the EMI card at the earliest to trace out the person who has misused this card.

Your kind co-operation in this matter would be highly appreciated by me."

Respected sir,

we were communicating above mentioned details to ICICI bank customer care but still they are not provide us detail bill.

so in this case what we have to do?

please suggest us and take this matter as a compliant.
