I want to bring this to everyone's notice that ICICI Bank has started misleading their customers. I have been a customer with ICICI for more than 5 years but now I think it will a wise decision for me not to continue my relationship with this financial institution. I have called ICICI customer service no. on 10th Oct. to check if I have any active EMI offer with them and was promised that there is one which will expire by 31st of Oct' 2010 and even was promised for a call back on Monday. I made a purchase for approx Rs 10, 000 on the same day thinking that I can pay in easy 3 EMI's. I did not receive any call on Monday, so I decided to call on 13th Oct'2010 but then I was told that I do not have any such offer available with them. It was such a disgrace. I wrote an email escalating and stating my situation but they did not do anything about it. I received calls twice from ICICI saying that "there are no such offer and we don't see any such promises been made to you", this statement clearly states that they are pointing their finger towards their customer as the customer is lying about the whole situation. ICICI has really given a run around. I lost trust & faith from this brand and planning to end my relationship with them completely.
