ILLEGAL DEDUCTION OF MOBILE CHARGE

DEAR SIR/ MADAM,

ICICI BANK Ltd. IS DEDUCTING Rs.25 PER MONTH FROM MY ACCOUNT AS MOBILE SERVICE CHARGE, WHILE I DON'T HAVE ANY MOBILE NOW.

I HAD LOST MY MOBILE BEFORE 8 MONTHS. I HAD INFORMED TO THE BILL DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY.

I HAD SENT 2 REMINDERS TO THEM, ALONG WITH CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT. I HAD REQUESTED WITH THEM TO NEITHER SEND ANY MESSAGE ON MY LOST MOBILE NUMBER NOR DEDUCT MOBILE CHARGE FROM MY ACCOUNT No. OO35O5O11188.

BUT NEITHER DEDUCTION IS STOPPED NOR ANY DEPARTMENT REPLIED MY ABOVE SAID MAILS.

NOW WHERE SHOULD I COMPLAINT AGAINST SUCH ILLEGAL DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT?
