Settled in FULL by Ch. No: OOO226 dated 18.11.2010 on City Union Bank Ltd., T.Nagar, CHENNAI : 6OOO17.

Cheque sent through M.s. Professional Couriers, Chennai : 17 vide their Receipt No: 54651429.

Duly received by your CMR Dept., No;24, III Floor, Ambattur Industrial Estate, CHENNAI : 6OOO53 on 18.11.2010.

M/s. Professional couriers have their Receipt duly STAMPED & SIGNED by ICICI Bank.

Till date, ICICI have withheld the cheque and have not encashed it. Repeated enquiries with your Phone Banking Officers have not elicited any proper reply.

Where is the above cheque and why has it not been encashed till date, though received on 18.11.2010? Why has not the amount credited to our A/c and why do you keep reminding us about NON -PAYMENT?!
