Asking for charges for fraud transction on the credic card

I am Niraj Sanghiv and this is in reference to my ICICI Banks’s credit card no 5239 5111 5417 their has been fraud transactions on my card from 14/10 onwards. I inform this to ICICI Bank’s customer care center on 17/10 (reference no: - SR155471987). They did not take any action on it until I mailed them on 22/12. In reply to my mail, I had been given a new service reference no. SR161894008 on 29/12. then the bank has initiated the dispute resolution process.

I got a call form ICICI bank’s Chennai office on 17/10 informing me that there are some suspicious transitions happening on my credit card. I checked the transaction details online and found that since 14/10 there are transactions on my card which I have not made. Most of them are to IDEA bill payment of Rs - each there are 14 such transactions happened and one transaction happened was a bill payment to HUTCH mobile which totals upto Rs. 28351/-

Yesterday (7/02) I got a mail from ICICI Bank saying that their investigation result is gone in Bank’s favour and I need to pay the outstanding amount which also includes the inertest and service tax levied on the disputed transactions. Also the bank is not ready to disclose that on what basis they the done the investigation and come to the conclusion and that the result it in the banks favour.
