Today at 2 pm in S B Road branch my mobile was stolen
when I insisted on showing footage I got reply as they do have cctv footage only dont know how to check ti as it is first case
when I said culprit may be still in bank and if we dont hurry up he may leave premises they assured me thy can track him
I am putting this complaint to only let the world knows that premier bank like ICICI have precautions like security cameras or just being careless and giving invitations to robbers, it all depends and I got my mobile back or not
Will wait till week else go to press
