Unnecessary levy charges

Hi

icici bank charged levy charges with out telling any thing to me. directly debited in to my account.

no proper indications and no tariff information and no alert message/sms while doing transaction.

please refer my mail below and help me to get my money back.

dear all,

i suffered lot of problems with icicibank, charges unnecessary and refer my mail below.

they will not revert my money at any cost. i have planned to go for consumer court.

one of you who is having account with icici bank and may suffer same problem and loosing your valued money with out doing any thing.

my experience will be your tomorrow's lesson.

kindly close your account with icicibank.

Dear Mr. Peterson,

We refer to your e-mail of February 11 addressed to Head Service Quality regarding your Savings Account 029901511941.

The below mentioned are the cheque return charges:

For first cheque return in the month, the charges are Rs. 350 10.30% service tax

For second cheque return and thereafter in the same month, the charges applicable are Rs. 750 10.30% service tax.

In your account, there were two cheque returns (cheque numbers 279111 and 279112) on January 11 and January 27.

For the second cheque return (279112), the charges applicable are Rs.750.00 Service Tax. Hence, an amount of Rs. 386.00 was debited on January 27 and the remaining amount of Rs. 441.00 was debited on February 2.

As per the schedule, the charges were levied correctly. Hence, we will be unable to reverse the charges.

We have enclosed the schedule of charges for your reference.

We affirm that ICICI Bank at all times acts with diligence, in good faith, and in no manner prejudicial to the interests of its customers.
