Dear sir/madam,
I had gone to icici bank koperkhairne branch navimumbai today for applying net banking password. When i sit on chair infront of the fdo desk the person of bank has refused to me sit there and argue with me used with bad language. I dont know how the icici bank customer service is providing to the customers. I really dispointed for the same. Th branch manager of the icici bank also seen the matter and not resloved my problem and gone his cabin. I have the account with icici bank since last 3 years but it is the first time some body has misbehaved and abusive language wiht me today.
