Cheque is receiving after 7 month

Sir my name is Ganesh chand and i have a bank a/c in your bank. My a/c no. is 016701582113 in Merta City branch.

Sir i have a problem with your customer service my problem is that i have deposited a cheque in your jodhpur branch 16th November and amount of cheque is 5000/- Rs. but bank was sended these cheque to me on 20th November. but when i was not found my cheque next one month then i was contact your jodhpur branch to know my cheque status but they don't give me sufficient answer. They told me that they already send me my cheque through courier on 20th November.

But finally i have received my cheque 28th April. I have received my cheque after seven month in this period my cheque is going out of date and this is not useful for me. and this your fault.

Please give Answer for these Question in next 10 to 15 working days. Because i have already registered a complaint against you in consumer court in 29th 2011 and my complaint no. is 280474
