ICICI Bank
Like a steale

I am Arijit Chatterjee, customer of ICICI Bank, a/c number - 100301000520, Rishra, Hooghly branch.

I opened this account beeing called by ICICI Bank (or call center). I was told that its a zero balance account. and for the last 1 yr and 3/4 months, i had never maintain any balance. It was all good.

Now on 19/04, there is a deduction for quarterly balance. I called customer care. I talked with Mr. Lindaiah and he told me the account status is showing something where minimum balance of 5000/- is required. And more surprise, the customer care can not tell me when it was changed.

So friends be aware of ICICI Bank. It is nothing but stealing my money.

I will now go to close the account, its not because the minimum balance, it is because this is the standard of service ICICI Bank offers.
