Wrong Debit to SB A/c

Dear Sir,

I am to bring in your notice that, my S.B. (Salary) A/c No. is 020801527199 and on 14.05.11, I had operated the SBI, ATM at Waidhan to withdraw cash of Rs. 10, 000/- but unfortunately as on first operation the cash was not delivered, I had operated for second time when I able to got the cash of Rs. 10, 000/=, but surprisingly my A/c has been debited two times. I had lodged complaints to your customer care cell at Delhi on 16.06.11 and my complain No. as given by your customer care executive is 177104603. But till date, my grievance has not been attended. Please look into the matter and arrange to credit the amount, wrongly debited to my account.

The above mail was sent to Customer care of ICICI bank, but no reply from ICICI end has been given to satisfy my mental agony for the last 5 days. Only Just telling that 12 working days is required for resolving the issue by Customer Care executive is not enough.
