HI I AM ICICI BANK CUSTOMER AND HAD REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MY PASSWORD GENERATION ON YOUR IVR . EVERY TIME I WAS CONNECTED AND TRIED TO RESET MY PASSWORD ON YOUR IVR THAT STUPID MACHINE THING DISCONNECTED BY SAYING YOU HAVE EXCEEDED UR PERMITTED LIMITS... I TRIED FOR HALF AND HOUR AND FINALLY WHEN I WASTED MY 30RUPEES ON MY CELLFONE TRYING UR NO THEN AT AROUND 10.55PM I WAS CONNECTED TO UR REPRENTATIVE SO THAT IF I AM NOT ABLE TO RESET MY PASSWORD THAN I SHOULD BETTER GET THAT ON MAIL THROUGH COURIER OR BY ORDINARY MAIL WHAT EVER... STUPID THING CAN ALSO BE SEND ON SOMEONES EMAIL AS INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT DO... BUT INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A HELP I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO 100 RUPEE AS CHARGE...

IF YOU HAVE STUPID IVR SYSTEM THEN WHY SHUD I PAY FOR UR STUPIDITY...
