I wanted to close account around 1.5 years ago, went to ICICI NEW Panvel, I filled the closure form and handed over to executive and asked for guidance for taking out remaining balance, executive was going to proceed but later she said dont do this formality and just nil the account to close the account, I did so, . After long time today I have got QAB charges around 2k in my account, I was angry and again took closure form and filled the necessary info. and wrote feedback comment as "icici has stupid employees who cant help customer to close their account properly" I went to counter number 1 and gave the form, the lady sitting over there refused that form firmly after reading that comment, I took the form back, then as explaination to that comment I narrated my story about being misguided abt acc. closure 1.5 years ago, I showed her old closure form, on that form there was a cross on my sign. and initials below that, she recognised that initials was her, she got angry and said I have never seen your face and all that, ultimately she said u ask the manager abt ur QAB charges and LAST SENTENCE SHE SAID ABT ME WAS "kahan kahan se aa jatey hai" it was a pure insult of mine. As a customer I am very frustrated with that lady. I dont know her name but she was sitting at counter number 1 (MAY I HELP U Desk) at New Panvel branch on 9th June. I request you to take action against her.
