I had surrendered my credit no 5177194053634009 after clearing all my dues. However, the bank is continuously sending me reminders for the due payment of Rs 5571. Severeal times, I have requested the bank to inform me for waht reason the charges are being demanded. However, no reply has been received from the bank so far.
