NOT GETTING MONEY ON MATURITY OF CALL ACCOUNT

I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT ICICI BANK IS THE WORST POSSIBLE BANK IN INDIA. MY DEPOSIT HAS MATURED BUT REPEATED E-MAILS TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE.

I want to file a complaint against one Mr. Sudhir Naik, of ICICI Bank who calls himsel as the Remote Relationship Manager but has become remotely unavailable.

Is Mrs. Chanda Kochhar is anywhere around?
