Regarding Account Details

Dear Sir,

I booked a ticket on 28th June through IRCTC online booking by my ICICI Bank account. But due to some technical issues the ticket was not booked, but money was transferred to IRCTC from my account.

When i cross checked with the IRCTC they said that the ticket was not booked and money was not received from ICICI bank & if money amount is transferred they require a confirmation from my bank. So i requested ICICI bank for a confirmation details of money transfer from my account to IRCTC account from last 2 months. But ICICI is denying for the same they says we can't give such details in written (hard Copy).

If i need to claim a reversal from IRCTC i need the transfer details.

Please advise me in this matter. How should i proceed?
