I am Corporate A/C holder of ICICI Bank having opened my Account on the 18th of August. I am really disappointed with the kind of service which ICICI Bank has offered me Till date I have not got the access to the Net Banking Facility and till date my Dmat Account is not Active yet. I have been dealing with ICICI's associate by the name of “Shireen” Contact number 7498247137 the way in which she spoke to me when asked for an explanation is really Rude in fact she shouted at me. If this is the way a Pvt Bank is going to function then I am so confident ICIC Bank will be shutting down its operation round the corner. You guys need to understand “Customer is always RIGHT”
