I had applied for a debit card, which I have not received for the last 10 days. I spent a full two hours today due to insensitivity on the part of ICICI and its partners. Please sample the following

A During phone banking existing customer cannot access the operator after entering the bank account number (as I do not have the PIN for the new debit card to be issued)

B The card is despatched by First Flight Couriers. Contact numbers provide by the phone banking operator 011- 26481291, 92, 93, 94 are all not in use.

C When tracking the consignment on FF's site found that this has been returned as no one is available at the address. This is a blatant lie as I have a family member who is not mobile and is available at home for 24 hours

Is this Customer First??

I will now be waiting for this debit card for another 15 days as the bank takes its time to investigate.

The feed back site will not allow any mobile number to be entered as this wants an area code after the country code. This helps them to celebrate there are no complaints.
