A different Customer information sent to my email address

It is alarming to see ICICI bank has sent me a different customer's complaint details along with the other cusomer's account number and the details sent to me.

I created a service request for a completely different issue and the reply came to me is for a different customer's service request with the details of the customer's account number and the other request details created by that customer.

It is very disturbing to see that the other customer's information is sent to me by mistake. If the same thing happens on my financial data, I am very much worried, whether the system is good enough to keep the money safe.

I have attached the email copy I got it from ICICI bank. I am not MUKUTAND3. I don't know which customer has got my request details... very much frustrating... I am worried whether my account statement is sent to some different customer. Don't understand whether ICICI has got a proper financial system or not...
