These is a complaint regarding icici bank collection department. a customer is failed to pay his last 8 installment of a personal loan. bank is sending there agent every day to there house. and there are calling customer from a land line number which is 911147616500. the 50yrs old lady is in shock she is getting afraid in writing her name. please help her. and they ae saying that complaint any were were you like. they come and stats shouting out side the house. customer is suffering from heart disease. please suggest some thing
