Money deducted but not received

Dear Sir,

I m HDFC bank account holder, I was to withdraw the money Rs 2000 from ICICI ATM at noida sec-12 near sabzi mandi. The amount didnt received but amount debited from my account. Im worried about my money. Please do needful help for this issue.
