DEAR SIR,

I would like to inform you as a ICICI valid customer that I have card which outstanding is 52000.00... in the mean your authorized collection agent (PACE) call from Kolkata that I have lucky to get a offer after paying min. due amount on Feb'10 then i will be eligible for EMI program. Which ICICI bank offer reduce interest rate 40% to 17% but till the offer is not given to me inspite of several mail communication to customer care (Abhilash Reddy Chada) Customer Service Manager, ICICI Bank Limited. If so, I will do never banking with ICICI bank in future for these short of mis-communication from a prestigious bank. I am looking for your justify on my issue & kindly provide this benefit asap.

SEVERAL COMMUNICATION SEND TO ICICI BANK BUT THEY ARE LEES BOTHER ABOUT MY COMPLAIN.
