FRAUD AND TELEPHONE THREATS

Dear Sir,

Recently ICICI bank have started calling my parents in my residence and threatening them over phone (The number from which they are calling is 022-61202405) My parents are old and they are senior citizens. I immediately want to lodge a strong complaint against this fraud bank. They are charging me in a fraudulent basis and have never provided me with a bank statement. I need justice through immediate action against these fraudsters.
