Dear Sir,

I am posted as Zonal Manager, Punjab & Sind Bank in Amritsar and using Landline No.0183-2270042 of BSNL at my residence since November. The said telephone number is in the name of Punjab & Sind Bank.

Your Bank’s Customer Care staff is almost daily calling this number for the last two years and enquiring about some Vijay Kumar, borrower. Inspite of telling them almost 100 times that this is not Vijay Kumar’s telephone number, even then they have not desisted/stopped calling and in this way, they are harassing me and my wife. I have asked them a number of times to cross check with the BSNL authorities, but every time they say that next time you will not get any call and we will update our record.

I request you to please look into the matter and instruct the concerned staff not to unnecessarily harass us by calling this telephone number in future.
