Reg: Car Loan a/c no. LADEL00003336790:

My loan was completed in January and by confirming over phone for completion certificate and deletion of Hypothecation Clause from my Registration Certificate (RC), the bank told me that these documents will be sent to me by 23'January'2010 but till date it has not reached.

Please arrange to do the needful that the bank must send me the documents with the confirmation over phone. I am in urgent need.
