Non payment of provident fund

Dear Sir,

I was working with ICICI bank posted in Hoshiarpur Branch. I have worked from 21/09 to 31/12. I have send the PF withdrawal form from 12 jan of icici bank ltd. Till today of dated 23/02. i have received msg on my mobile on 19/01/ 2010 the amount will be credited to ur account bt I have not recieved my PF amount

not even any information from them.

So, Therefore I request you to please look at the matter .and help me to get my PF money transfer to my account from ICICI bank. Provident fund Department.
