DISCLOSURE OF MY BNAK STATEMENT WITHOUT MY REQUEST

I have two account with ICICI Bank Ltd vide A/c No is 603801519130 & 000901617905, the bank person disclosed my two bank account statements without my request/authorisation.

Statement copy of the same is enclosed in one legal document, this would be unsecured my banking transaction. It will leads to somebody theft/fruadulant activity can commit towards my banking transaction without my knowledge.

So kindly enquire this complaint and do the needful as soon as possible.
