Sub: COMPLAINT FOR NON ISSUING OF CURRENT ACCOUNT WITH REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT.

Sir,

It is to inform you that I had deposited as per required relevant documents at your office at least one and half month earlier for opening my current account with reimbursement Account At Siliguri Branch, but till today I have not received any information on the subject cited above. I am an employee of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Siliguri Dist. Darjeeling.(W.B), My Saving Account is NO.020801531097 with linked reimbursement account. I had tried many times to contact with 09233504328 at ICICI Bank but positive result have not received yet. They replied me that my forms were submitted at Kolkata.

Now, I highly request you to clarify my complaint and reply me at an early date please,
