NON RECEIPT OF PF AMT

Dear Sir,

I have worked with ICICI bank and send my PF withdrawal form. Till date i have not received any communication for receipt of PF form nor i have received credit to my bank account. My emp id is 160833 and my PF no. is MH/18796/160833.

So i request you to kindly check and revert with status when it will get credit to my ICICI bank account.
