DEDUCTION OF Rs 250 As ANW CHARGES & Rs 26 As S-TAX For cash deposit of Rs 49900

My brother deposited a sum of Rs 49900 to my ICICI A/c No. 070101501002 And charges summing upto Rs 276 were deducted from my bank account and an amount of Rs 49624 was credited to my account. Please see to the matter and get the amount refunded to my account.
