Icici bank two wheeler loan
Not giving NOC even loan paid

Dear Sir

I have taken ICICI 2 wheeler loan. Account no is LTMUM00013058384 before 2 years back. What ICICI agent did he made loan on my fathers name and he is no more. I have RC book and insurance on my name. I even told this when I got first reciept of loan statment But agent said that there will not be any problem for NOC.

Now My loan is paid completely on 10 april and ICICI bank refused to give me NOC ; they are blaming bike dealer.they are suggesting me to transfer my bike on fathers name which will cost me 3500 insurance. again father is no more so I have to transfer it on my name costing me again same. What is my mistake??? What should I do??? please guide me.
