On being misguided by a icici agent I commited a mistake of taking home loan from icici bank vide agreementLBDEL00000950240. Since then the bank has been increasing the intrest rates. While RBI and Other bank have many time brought down intrest rates, ICICI has not brought down the floating rate on old loans while they are advertising that they are giving loan on floating rates at competetive rates in the market for new loans with out redusing the rates for old custmers. This is immoral and manupulation of basic purpose of taking loans on floating rates. Now I intend to go to the court of law for getting justice.
Secondly Can you tell me the provisions under which there is clause to increse the tenure of loan with out getteing consend of the party.my tenure has now been revised to 326 months while initially it was for 20 years.due to which I inspite of paying Rs2, 62, 105 of Rs5, 59, 200 only Rs 17, 382 of total loan amound is redused till now rest has been cosumed as interst. Just like the old shukars of indian village ICICI is cheating indian people.
Mr Kamant it high time you bring some molality into this business. You cannot cheat your customer of their hard earned money and keep wining awards at our cost.
