I have taken a car insurance from icici lombard. and did not get th epolicy after 20 days. then i started calling them reach till their branch manage but no one has time to respond properly the matter.
they are woth less. they dont give me my cheque back. i paid them and i have not received my policy.

I WANT A HELP FROM CONSUMERN COURT. TO GET BACK THE PREMIUM AMOUNT.
AND I HAV A CLAIM FROM THEM AS I MET WITH ACCIDENT IN THIS PERIOD OF 20 DAYS BUT DIDNT GET CLAIM ALSO. AS THEY DELAYED THE POLICY.
