The bank has deducted amount from my card

Dear sir,

I have received call from chennai office stating that, I am an privilged customer,

they explained me the details regarding the protection of cards. But still I answered the

person, in next two days confirm regarding the spoken matter. The person has updated

saying, I have agreed for the scheme. I personally request your goodself to cancel the protection plan.
