I had submitted an application for redeemtion pertaining to my folio No. 1015257/29 along with request for correction in my bank account details. I had also enclosed a cancelled cheque in this regard along with my application. Without verifying my application properly, you have sent me a cheque of the redeemed amount without updating my bank account details, else it could have credited to my bank account directly throughNEFT/RTGS. My new bank account details are not updated and the cancelled cheque leaf sent is also wasted. Very casual approach/attitude. Not appreciated. My e-mail id is [email protected]
