Premium Amount Payment

During July when I paid my premium amount at ICICI Prudential branch through

credit card the amount was debited twice to my credit card account. On my request

they returned aditional amount through a Cheque. After that I paid my next half yearly premium also during February and obtained receipts also. After that the

ICICI Prudential alterd consolitated premium paid certificate etc, stating that they returned aditional amount twice for the amount deducted twice form my credit card account. They are not informing the details of amounts returned twice to me. And informing me my policy bearing No. ICICI PRU Smart Kid (UIN: 105N014V02), policy number 03108644 lapsed with effect from 12th, January.though I paid the premium amount with Reinstatement Fees Rs.66/-due as on that date. For no fault of me they are penalising me with a huge amount arround Rs 17, 000/- In such a condition how can we trust ICICI Prudential that they will pay the Maturity value after maturity of policies, I am having one more policy also. I decided to cancell all my policies.
