I invested INR 10000 in above tax bonds bearing distinctive no. 480814 & 480815. They got matured on 27/7/05. I have not received the matured amount (as I was suffering from brain stroke) during 2005 and lost memory for a long period.

Now while searching my documents I found the certificates of these bonds. Please look into the matter and send the money without any further delay. Please send all the communication letters on the following address:
