Donot dispatch the courie

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Sureesh Chhabra. I have a complaint against your employee whose name is Mr. Niranjan (9718786542) and you had display on your site a person who has no any sense how to talk with client and have no any repose against the client problem. My courier is in his office on Date 06/03 in which we have important documents of bank after confirming my address he had not send the courier. I had talk 10 to 12 time to please dispatch our courier and his answer is " MANE KYA PTA AA JAY GA KE FAREK PDE HAI" and he said courier is in my office "AA JAY GA" and his wording is also that " MANE PAS NHI A TENA COURIER"

What rubbish is this???

Today i had call to C.P. Office Delhi and call through them to Gurgaon Office then he had send the person to deliver the courier.

Also we had suggest our H.O. Chd. to cancel this courier contract.

IF YOU WANT TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS PLEASE REMOVE THIS TYPE OF LAZY AND RUBBISH PEOPLE FROM YOUR BIG ORGANISATION.
